Welcome to B2I Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a platform facilitating connections between businesses and influencers (www.b2ihub.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. We may update these Terms periodically, and continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, participating in campaigns, or using any features (e.g., via Ultimate Member or WooCommerce), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted on the site. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and B2I Hub.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.

• By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Businesses and influencers must provide accurate registration information and maintain updated profiles.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• Notify us immediately at [support@b2ihub.com] of any unauthorized use.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, with or without notice.

4. Campaign Participation

• Offer and Acceptance: Campaigns are offered by businesses, and acceptance occurs only through email communication using contacts provided in the listing (e.g., “I accept [Campaign Title] at [Price]”). No verbal or external agreements are recognized.

• Platform Exclusivity: All interactions, negotiations, and transactions must occur within B2I Hub. External deals or unlisted contact methods are prohibited and void any platform protection.

• Completion: Fulfill campaign requirements as outlined by the business. Disputes arising from non-compliance are your responsibility.

• Payment: Where applicable, payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., WooCommerce with PayPal or Stripe). B2I Hub is not a payment agent and assumes no liability for payment disputes.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on B2I Hub, including the Kadence theme, Elementor designs, and platform layout, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright laws.

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any content you submit (e.g., profile photos, campaign materials) for platform operations and promotion, with the right to sublicense to businesses for campaign purposes.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities or to harass others.

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or content violating intellectual property rights.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with our systems (e.g., Stellar Hosting servers).

• Engage in spamming or fraudulent behavior.

Violations may result in account termination and legal action at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

• B2I Hub provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility.

• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid to us, if applicable. This limitation applies to claims related to data loss, service outages, or third-party actions (e.g., payment processors).

• We are not responsible for disputes between users (e.g., businesses and influencers) or issues from external interactions outside the platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold B2I Hub, its affiliates, and service providers (e.g., Namecheap, Stellar Hosting) harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or misuse of the platform.

9. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion for breach of these Terms or inactivity (e.g., 12 months without login).

• Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, but prior obligations (e.g., campaign commitments) remain.

• Data may be retained as required by law or for operational needs, per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
